Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Autogate Expert website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Autogate Expert is a trading brand of ZASHTECH Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia.

Services

We provide autogate installation, repair, and maintenance services across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon through individual quotations provided to each client.

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude electrical wiring unless specified.
  • Additional work discovered during installation or repair will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Warranty

  • All new installations include a 1-year warranty covering motor, controller, and workmanship.
  • Repair services include warranty on replaced parts and workmanship as specified in the quotation.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, natural disasters, or lightning strikes.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period via phone or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of installation or repair unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment.
  • For large projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and accessible working conditions at the property.
  • Ensuring electrical supply is available at the installation point (or arranging an electrician).
  • Informing us of any underground utilities or structural concerns at the gate area.
  • Following recommended maintenance schedules to preserve warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Autogate Expert / ZASHTECH Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
